Please read carefully before submiting your manuscript – manuscripts that do not comply will not be considered for publication

1. All Manuscripts must be submitted in BOTH electronic AND hard copy – N.B. Hand Written Manuscripts
will not be accepted

3. All materials used from the works of other authors and publishers must be cited and where necessary,
written copies of the author’s/publisher’s permission provided.

4. Any illustrations needed must be provided by the author to be evaluated by Mkuki na Nyota Publishers.
(If falling short of required standards, then any subsequent costs for producing artwork are to be met by the author)

5. Any shipping charges incurred through initial submission of Manuscript and disc are to be met by the author.

6. Unsuccessful Manuscripts will not be returned unless postage and packaging are provided by the author –
N.B. Mkuki na Nyota Publishers subsequently undertake not to use any such material without author’s and publisher’s written consent
